You only have a Battle Arena Masters account if you signed in with Google Play Games in the game. Playing against bots without signing in creates no account.
In the game (fastest)
- Open Battle Arena Masters and go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete account and data, then tap again to confirm.
Your account is deleted at once.
Without the game
Email support@battlearenamasters.com with the subject "Delete my BAM account" and your player name. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your player name (it becomes free for others to take).
- Your level, XP, Rating, match history and stats, and your place on the Top 100.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocked players.
- Your Unity player account and its link to your Google Play Games account.
What is kept
- Reports you sent about other players may be kept for up to 12 months so that repeated abuse can be handled. Then they are deleted.
- Optional usage data is not linked to your account. To have it deleted, turn off Settings > Share usage data in the game, or email us.
- Your Google account is not touched.
